Tempa Pano was established in 1989, with its manufacturing focus on low-voltage electrical enclosures and distribution systems. Growing production needs led to a move to a larger manufacturing facility in Gebze, creating more room for both capacity and product development. The first export to Europe was completed in 1998 — also recorded in the company’s history as the first electrical panel export from Türkiye to the European market. A First at Hannover Messe Participation at Hannover Messe made Tempa Pano the first electrical enclosure manufacturer from Türkiye to exhibit at the fair, bringing the company in front of an international industrial audience at an early stage of its export growth. Establishing a European Presence Tempa Pano UK was established in 2000, giving the company a permanent presence in the European market and allowing closer contact with local customers. Tempa Sistem Bulgaria was established in 2002, extending the company’s direct presence in Europe and allowing closer contact with local customers. Tempa France and RTS Electro Romania In 2004, Tempa France was established in France alongside RTS Electro in Romania, extending the direct presence in Europe and adding new local bases for customer support and sales. New Manufacturing Facility The opening of the new Dilovası facility brought production into a larger and more modern manufacturing environment, with substantially greater capacity for the years ahead. A Stronger Environmental Focus Waste reduction, resource efficiency and environmental responsibility became a more structured part of the manufacturing approach, laying the groundwork for the sustainability investments that followed. Investing in Solar Energy A major rooftop solar energy system was introduced at the Dilovası facility, increasing the use of renewable energy in production and complementing the company’s wider zero-waste and environmental practices. To manufacture high-quality electrical enclosures and accessories in line with continuously evolving international standards, with solutions that support safer working environments and help reduce operating costs.
